Hi, I am Lawrence!
My interest in houses began during my 2 years of building trade school where I learned how to build a house from the foundation to the roof and all the systems in between and my training continued with a year of studying plumbing and a year of HVAC.
I have over 20 years experience as a handyman and have trained and mentored with seasoned home inspectors. I am licensed and insured as a Certified Professional Home Inspector and also a licensed Drone Pilot. I am certified to test for Radon and to inspect for wood destroying insects.
